Red kale is also called Russian kale has a sweeter and buttery flavor than regular kale. You can also cook it quicker than green kale although it can be prepared in the same way.

Like regular, kale ir has ruffled bundles of thick-textured leaves which are high in calcium, vitamins A, C and K, lutein and xeaxanthin.

Can guinea pigs eat red kale?

They can eat it in small amounts. Just make sure it is cut up and washed well before you feed it to them.
