Hamster treats can be a number of things

They can be pieces of vegetable such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, chicory or cucumbers or fruit such as pear, peach, banana or apple.

Foods that are high in sugar and are not good for them to have too much of.

You can also purchase treats for a hamster which tend to be high in sugar for them from pet stores.

Can Guinea Pigs Eat Hamster Treats?

Veggies and fruit are fine for guinea pigs to eat. In fact, they are great for them to eat as part of a balanced diet.

Artificial hamster treats are fine for guinea pigs to nibble on but they shouldn’t eat any more than that.
