Whistle Ridge Guinea Pig Rescue – Based in Auburn, Whistle Ridge has been in existence since Spring 2003, and was established to provide a safe home for abandoned, neglected and abused guinea pigs.
I just started a small in-home guinea pig rescue near Bangor Maine, called Tender Heart Rescue! I am going through the legal paperwork to become licensed as a non-profit organization! I work with a wonderful veterinarian who specializes in guinea pig care and exotic pet health and collaborate with vets and shelters in surrounding towns!
I am near bangor and looking for 1-2 female pigs to adopt! Do you have contact info? It would be so great go to have a rescue in our area.
