Unfortunately, they cant eat them as part of a regular diet and preferably not at all. Peanuts are too high in fat, acidic content and sugar for guinea pigs to eat and will hurt their stomachs if they consume them.

Ryvita is a tasty food snack which is popularly sold in many good supermarkets and grocery stores. It is a rye-based crispbread which is often eaten with a spread on it or with other food items added to it. People also eat it without anything on it.

Can guinea pigs eat Ryvita?

Yes they can nibble it, but it generally shouldn’t be fed to them as part of their regular diet.

Don’t feed it to them with any spreads on it, only dry.
