They could probably eat carrots all day and they would probably do so if they were really good for them.

It is really easy for us as owners to over feed our guinea pigs with carrots, kind of like fries, sweets or chocolate but too much is ultimately bad for them. Guinea pigs would eat carrots all day if we put them down for them.

So how much is enough?

One carrot a day is more than sufficient for your guinea pig. Anything more and you’re moving into overfeeding territory.
