Cookies are a baked or cooked snack food that are small, flat and sweet.

They usually contain flour, sugar, plus either either oil or flat.

They can contain other ingredients such as oats, raisins, nuts or chocolate chips.

Cookies come in all kinds of shapes and sizes and are often known as biscuits in a lot of English-speaking countries.

So can guinea pigs eat cookies?

Unfortunately, cookies are just too sweet for them to eat.

If they nibble one, they will be fine, but cookies aren’t a food that should be purposely be fed to piggies.

There are better foods for guinea pigs to eat.
