Carrot juice is drunk by humans as a health drink as it has a high content of β-carotene, a source of vitamin A, but it is also high in B complex vitamins like folate. It has a sweet flavour of concentrated carrots.

So can guinea pigs drink carrot juice? We know that they love carrots, so what of their juice?

They can drink a bit of it as long as it hasn’t had any additives in it. But too much will give them tummy ache.

To be honest, its probably a drink to avoid giving to guinea pigs because of the risk of tummy ache for them. Stick to water instead.
