Can guinea pigs eat snow?

There is no harm to them if they do it, however, it is not good for them to be out in the snow as they have no natural way of getting dry they get wet apart from letting their damp fur dry in the air.

This is why they need to avoid going out in snow as much as possible.

If they do go out in it and experience it, try and bring them back in as soon as possible and close the cage door.
