Related to the North American blackberry, the boysenberry is a juicy berry that is glossy and large in shape. Although It is often eaten eaten fresh, it us put into jams, syrups and preserves. They taste a bit like raspberries.

So can guinea pigs eat boysenberries, and if they can, how much can they eat?

They are a very good addition to a guinea pig’s diet because of the lack of infirmities it them.

If you can find them, they are often found in farmers markets as your average grocery store won’t usually stock them.
